Weightlifting Workouts

- A routine can be a single workout, 6 weeks worth of workouts, or whatever you want
- If you print a routine, a place is left for you to write in the amount of weight performed for each set, so you can enter it into PTW later.
- Your routines can be exported, allowing you to share them with others.
