When I try to set up syncing with the desktop, I get an error saying unable to locate database file. Open Fitness Mobile edition and Desktop Edition communicate through a file called openfitnessmobile.mdb, which should be located inside of the Palm Desktop installation on your PC. When you get this error, it means the Open Fitness Desktop was not able to find this file, which could mean you installed Open Fitness on a different drive than the Palm Desktop software. Locating the openfitnessmobile.mdb file If you know where the Palm Desktop software is installed (probably somewhere like C:\Program Files\Palm...), you can just choose Options / Setup PDA Syncing in Open Fitness, click Find..., and then navigate to the Palm desktop folder. The openfitnessmobile.mdb file should be located inside that directory, under a folder with your Palm user name. You can also use the windows search feature to find the file, as described below...
