Common QuestionsI lost my key, and now I cannot unlock the free trial. What is my key?Your key is available through Share-It. You can log into your Share-It account and get your key by going to www.shareit.com, choosing 'Customer Service', and then clicking the Login button. I ordered the CDROM, but have not yet received it. Where is it? Please allow 1-2 weeks for you CD to arrive. Even though you ordered a CD, you should be able to use the software instantly. When you placed your order, you received a key that would permanently unlock the free 30 day trial version, which is exactly the same software you'll receive on the CD. To start using the software now, just download the free trial, install it, and unlock it with your key. I tried to email WORKOUTWARE.COM, but you never responded. Most of the time when this happens, we did try to respond, but SPAM filters have intercepted our emails. Please double-check your SPAM folder or Junk folder and make sure our response is not sitting in there. I am a Personal Training Workstation user, and I need to download it again. Where can I get it?
