Having Trouble Downloading?
Personal Training Workstation is a pretty large program, so it can take
a while to download. If you lose your internet connection while downloading,
just reconnect and start download the file again by clicking on the download link again.
In many cases, your browser will start where it left off, rather than starting all over again.
