Screen Shots
Open Fitness is divided up into journals. Each one of your journals will store a different type of fitness information.
The Open Fitness Main Screen
This is the first screen that you see in Open Fitness. Here, you can add new users, or just select yourself from the list.
When you select a user, you may be prompted for a password (if that user has chosen to password-protect their information). Then,
a personalized progress message will appear in the information box (lower left corner of the screen).
To enter a workout, diet, or other fitness information, just click on the appropriate journal. Detailed progress reports
are only a click away, just click on the 7 day, 30 day, or 90 day progress report buttons in the toolbar.

Calendar Viewer
The Calendar Viewer gives you a quick view of your fitness activity for the month. If you're planning your workouts ahead of time,
it gives you a good view of which days you need to work out.
Any time you see an icon (dumbell, etc) in the calendar, it means you've done a workout or recorded some other type of fitness
information for that day. You can click on the icon, and the selected record will instantly pop up in the appropriate journal.
You can always go back in time to see your information for last month, last year, or even further back.

Weightlifting Journal
This is your journal for tracking weightlifting workouts. It was designed to look the same way your notebook would
look if you were recording your workouts in a notebook.
You can track sets, reps, weight amounts (in pounds or kg), and rest between sets. You can also enter notes
for each workout, which allows you to record any other type of information along with each workout.
A chart icon automatically appears beside each exercise you perform. You can click on that chart icon any time,
and a strength chart for that exercise will instantly appear. That chart will show your strength progress for
the selected exercise, as far back as you have been using Open Fitness.
Easily add your own new exercises, if they are not already included with the software.
Workouts can easily be emailed, uploaded to the Open Fitness Network, or exported as HTML files.

Routine Builder
Routine Builder was designed to save you time entering workouts. If you have a workout routine that you repeat
every day, month, week, or for any other time period, you can store it as a reusable workout routine. In Open Fitness,
a routine is basically a workout template. Once you've created that template, you can copy it into your
Weightlifting Journal as many times as you want, saving you from entering each workout over and over.
Routines can be printed out, leaving spaces for you to fill in actual rep/weight values. You can take these
workout sheets to the gym, and fill them in as you go. Routines can also be emailed, uploaded to the Open Fitness Network,
or exported as HTML.
A routine can be a single workout, a 3-day-per-week workout plan, a 6 week workout plan, or whatever you want.

Cardio Journal
Cardio Journal tracks all of your aerobic/cardio workouts. This is where you
would track things like biking, jogging, or any other type of cardio activity.
With each cardio exercise, you can track the intensity, distance, length (minutes), warmup/cooldown time, heart rate,
target heart rate, and calories burned.
With each cardio workout, you can also enter notes containing any other information about the workout that you
might want to track.
You can easily chart distance, heart rate, length, and more for any exercise.
If you want to track an exercise that isn't included with the software, you can easily add it.

Diet Journal

Diet Journal comes with thousands of foods preloaded, and you can easily add your own as well.
You can easily chart your calorie, carb, protein, or fat intake any time.

always just one click away in Body Stats Journal.
Measurements can be record in pounds, kg, inches, or cm.

protein powders, weight gainers, fat loss supplements, amino acids, herbal supplements, or any other
type of supplement.
