Frequently-entered meals can now be saved as meal templates, which allows them to be added to any diet with just a few clicks.
Food Search makes finding foods easier. Foods are filtered out as you type.
A new date selector has been added throughout the program, making it much easier to select dates.
Set / Rep / Weight Prefilling makes logging weightlifting workouts a breeze. Just choose an exercise and the rep/weight information from the prior workout will be loaded.
Frequently-entered meals can now be saved as meal templates, which allows them to be added to any diet with just a few clicks.
Supplements and custom measurements can now be renamed, allowing you to take replace unused ones or fix mistakes.
